Thai Dessert Tako Recipe

Ingredients:

30 pieces

Bottom layer:
50 g
120 g
360 g
8 - 10

150 g

Top layer:
50 g
120 g
600 g
1 1/2 tsp
 

big pandan leaves, make into square cases


green peas flour
water
pandan juice
water chestnuts, chopped
A little green coloring
sugar

water
thick coconut milk
salt

Method:

  1. Soaked green peas flour with water for 1/2 hour. Strain green peas flour mixture, pandan juice into a small pot, add sugar and stir to cook till transparent and boiling. Add chopped water chestnuts and green coloring. Pour into the prepared pandan leaves cases till half filled.

  2. Put all the ingredients for top layer into a small pot and stir till cooked with medium fire. Pour into the cases till full.

  3. Leave to cool. Chill in the fridge before serving.
