Agar-Agar with Coconut Milk in Ice Recipe

Ingredients:

2 tbsp
1 cup
4 tbsp
1/6 tsp

agar agar shreds
pomegranate seed
coconut milk
granulated sugar
salt
a pinch of grated ice
a few drops of edible coloring

Method:

  1. Soak agar-agar well. Cut into sections. Parboil in 1 cup of water and 1 tbsp of sugar until dissolved. Add edible coloring. Fold into a flat plate. Refrigerate and shred.

  2. Put pomegranate seed into boiling water. Parboil until tender. Dish up. Rinse in cold boiled water. Set aside.

  3. Bring coconut milk, salt and sugar to the boil over low heat. Allow to cold.

  4. Put agar agar shreds in 2 glasses. Then add pomegranate seed and crushed ice. pour in coconut milk. Serve.
