Baked Goby in Vietnamese Style Recipe

Ingredients:

1 / 450 g
2 1/2 tbsp
2 tbsp
1 tbsp
 

Seasoning:
1/2 tsp
3/4 tsp

fresh water goby
grated garlic
butter
grated fried peanut
deep fried shallot
spring onion with oil


salt
granulated sugar

Method:

  1. Melt butter over low heat. Saute crushed garlic until fragrant. Add seasoning. Stir fry to form sauce.

  2. Scale goby. Cut open at the back. Remove gut. Wash and wipe dry.

  3. Wrap the plate with aluminum foil. Brush with oil. Place goby on aluminum foil (with fish skin facing down). Brush fish with sauce.

  4. Pre-heat oven at 250C. Place fish at the upper rack. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Pour spring onion with oil, deep fried shallot and crushed peanut on top when serve.
