Beef Dices in French Style Recipe

Ingredients:

300 g
3/4 tsp
1 tsp


1 tsp

Marinade:
1/3 tsp
1 tbsp
1 tbsp
1 tsp
 

Sauce:
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 tbsp

imported beef fillet
grated black pepper
grated garlic
a pinch of celery dices
a pinch of carrot dices
wine


granulated sugar
fish gravy
oil
caltrop starch
a pinch of pepper



dark soy sauce
corn flour
water

Method:

  1. Wipe dry fillet. Cut into cubes. Add marinade ingredients. Marinate for 10 minutes. Scald in warm oil. Dish up and drain well.

  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil. Saute crushed garlic until fragrant. Return fillet. Sizzle wine and stir fry. Add sauce ingredients, celery dices, carrot dices and crushed black pepper. Stir well. Dish up.
