Beef and Shrimp Crisps in Vietnamese Style Recipe

Ingredients:

150 g
1


 

Marinade:
1 tbsp
1 tbsp
1/2 tbsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
2 tsp
2 tsp

beef fillet
big rice sheet
dried shrimp crisps
grated fried peanut
grated Chinese parsley
diced spring onion
diced chili

grated lemongrass
oil
grated garlic
wine
granulated sugar
dark soy sauce
fish gravy
corn flour

Method:

  1. Thinly slice beef fillet. Add marinade ingredients. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

  2. Deep fry dried shrimp crisps. Cut rice sheet into squares of 2 inches x 2 inches. Place these squares on shrimp crisps.

  3. Heat wok. Add oil. Arrange beef fillet in wok. Fry beef until both sides turn light brown. Put them on rice sheet. Sprinkle with diced spring onion, crushed fried peanut, chili dices and crushed Chinese parsley. Serve hot.
