Method:
Thinly slice beef
fillet. Add marinade ingredients. Mix well and
marinate for 10 minutes.
Deep fry dried
shrimp crisps. Cut rice sheet into squares of 2
inches x 2 inches. Place these squares on shrimp
crisps.
Heat wok. Add
oil. Arrange beef fillet in wok. Fry beef until
both sides turn light brown. Put them on rice
sheet. Sprinkle with diced spring onion, crushed
fried peanut, chili dices and crushed Chinese
parsley. Serve hot.
