Chicken Meat and Vegetables Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

Sauce  (mix):
2 1/2 tbsp
2 1/2 tbsp
2 tbsp

chicken meat
cabbage
carrot
lettuce leaves
grated fried peanut
deep fried shallot
a pinch of peppermint
some lettuce leaves


white vinegar
cold boiled water
fish gravy

Method:

  1. Wash chicken meat. Steam until cooked. Allow to cool and shred.

  2. Wash lettuce leaves. Rinse in cold boiled water. Drain well.

  3. Wash cabbage, carrot and lettuce. Rinse in cold boiled water. Drain well. Then shred. Put them in a big bowl. Add sauce ingredients. Stir well. Dish up. Then put in chicken meat shreds. Sprinkle with crushed peanut, deep fried shallot and peppermints. Serve.
