Glutinous Rice and
Sweet Corn in Coconut Milk Recipe Vietnamese

Ingredients:
1/2 cup
1/3 cup
1/2 cup
8 cups
Coconut
milk: 1/2 cup
1 tbsp
1/8 tsp
glutinous rice
sweet corns
granulated sugar
water
coconut milk
granulated sugar
salt
Method:
Put coconut milk
ingredients in a pot. Bring to the boil over low
heat. Set aside.
Wash glutinous
rice and soak for 1 hour. Drain well. Rinse
sweet corn. Drain well.
Bring 8 cups of
water to the boil. Put in glutinous rice. Boil
again. Simmer over low heat until glutinous rice
become congee. Add sweet corn and sugar. Bring
to the boil until sugar is dissolved. Dish up.
Fold in coconut milk. serve.
