Green Bean with Coconut

Ingredients:
75 g
1 cup
5 tbsp
1/6 tsp
shelled green beans
grated ice
coconut milk
granulated sugar
salt
Method:
Wash and soak
green bean for 4 hours. Drain well. steam until
tender. Allow to cool.
Bring coconut
milk, granulated sugar and salt to the boil over
low heat. Allow to cool.
Put green beans
into a glass. Then put crushed ice on top. Pour
coconut milk on ice. Or refrigerate green beans
with ice beforehand and add coconut milk when
serve.
