Pork Chops in Lemongrass Recipe

Ingredients:

450 g
1/2
4
2 stalk
4 cloves
4 cloves

Marinade:
1/3 tsp
1/3 tsp
3 tbsp
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 tsp
2 tbsp

deboned pork chops
onion
lettuce leaves
lemongrass
garlic
shallot


ground black pepper
five spices powder
fish gravy
salt
granulated sugar
sesame oil
oil

Method:

  1. Wash pork chops. Wipe dry and pat with the back of knife. Shred onion. Stir fry until cooked. Wash lettuce. Drain well and arrange on plate.

  2. Trim hard tissue off lemongrass. Skin and crush shallot and garlic. Mince or blend well. Stir in marinade ingredients. Mix well and marinate pork chops for 3 hours.

  3. Wipe away marinade ingredients. Fry pork chops over low heat until both sides turn light brown and cooked. Place them on lettuce leaves. Garnish with fried onion.
