Rice Noodles with Sausage Recipe

Ingredients:

113 g

2 tbsp

3/4 cup

Vietnamese or Thai rice noodles
Thai sausage
some lettuce leaves
grated peanut
a pinch of deep fried shallot
stock

Method:

  1. Put rice noodles in a deep plate. Fold in hot stock and soak rice noodles for 3 to 4 minutes until tender. Drain well. Work into rectangular shape. Fry in pan until cooked. Place rice noodles in the centre of plate.

  2. Slice sausage. Then cut into half moon shape. Heat in oven. Arrange by the side of rice noodles. Garnish with carrot shreds and cucumber slices. Sprinkle with crushed peanut and deep fried shallot. Wrap rice noodles and sausage with washed lettuce. Serve with fish gravy.
