Steamed Crab in Beer Recipe

Ingredients:

2 /600 g
1 cup
1/4 cup
1
1


Seasoning:
1/4 tsp
1/6 tsp

crabs beer
stock
egg
bay leaf
Chinese parsley


salt
granulated sugar

Method:

  1. Cut open crabs. Rub and wash. Open carapaces and remove dirt. Cut into big serving pieces and washed bay leaf.

  2. Whisk egg. Add beer, stock and seasoning. Mix well. Transfer to a glass dish. put in crab pieces and washed bay leaf.

  3. Bring water to the boil. Put in glass dish. Steam for 12  minutes. Add Chinese parsley and steam for 1/2 more minutes. Serve while hot.
