crab
young coconut
bay leaf
young coconut juice
fish gravy
Method:
Rub and wash
crab. Cut open and chop up. Open carapace and
remove dirt. Put crab in a big bowl.
Cut open young
coconut. Pour out juice. If juice is less
than 1 cup, supplement with water or
stock. Scoop out coconut flesh. Put juice and
flesh into (1). Add washed bay leaf. Steam for
20 minutes. Add seasoning and serve.
