Vietnamese wet spring roll wraps
grated fried peanut
deep fried shallot slices
spring onion with oil
pork
carrot shreds
yam bean shreds
wood ear shreds
a pinch of Chinese parsley
salt
caltrop starch

fish gravy
granulated sugar
Method:
Mince pork. Add
marinade ingredients and mix well.
Heat 1 tbsp of
oil. Saute pork until fragrant. Add yam bean
shreds, carrot shred and wood ear shreds and
wood ear shreds. Stir fry. Add seasoning and
Chinese parsley shreds. Stir well to form
filling.
Spread flat
spring roll wrap. Put in a suitable amount of
filling. Wrap up to form a square. Arrange on
plate. Steam for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with
crushed peanut and shallot slices. Pour spring
onion with oil on top. Serve.
