onion, shredded
grated garlic
peppermint
spring onion dices
deep fried shallot
fish gravy
granulated sugar
caltrop strach
a pinch of sesame oil
a pinch of pepper
tomato ketchup

Method:
Dice fillet. Add
marinade ingredients. Marinate for 10 minutes
and scald in oil.
Heat 2 tbsp of
oil. Stir fry onion and crushed garlic until
fragrant. Add egg. Put in rice when egg is not
yet set. Stir well. Put in seasoning and fillet
dices. Stir fry for a while. Put in spring onion
dices and peppermint. Stir well and dish up.
Sprinkle with deep fried shallot. Serve.
