Ingredients:

fresh coconut milk
fresh milk

granulated sugar
granulated salt
fennel

Method:

Parboil sago in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Cover for 10 minutes until transparent. Diah up
with sieve. Rinse in cold boiled water. Drain
well.

Soak brow beans for 2 hours. Wash and place in a
dish. Steam for 30 minutes until tender.

Parboil fennel in 1/2 cup of
water for 5 minutes. Strain and discard residue.
Set water aside.

Bring 1 cup of water, sugar and
salt to the boil. Add fennel water, coconut
juice, sago, sweet corns and brow beans. Boil
again. Add fresh milk. Serve.
