Method:
Combine chocolate, sugar and 4-5 fl oz milk in top
half of a double saucepan over simmering water. Cook, stirring,
until chocolate is melted. Add salt and remaining milk and simmer,
stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Beat with a whisk or hand beater
until frothy. Slowly beat in coffee. Garnish with whipped cream and
nutmeg. Makes 2 servings.
