Method:
Combine cocoa, sugar, salt and water in a medium
saucepan. Bring to the boil over medium heat and simmer, stirring, 2
minutes. Stir in milk, single cream and vanila. Heat, stirring,
until cocoa is just at the boiling point. Garnish with whipped
cream. Makes 4 servings.
