Yoghurt Hot Cocoa Recipe

 


Ingredients

750 ml/25 fl oz
750 ml/25 fl oz
1 tsp

unsweetened cocoa powder
sugar
salt
water
milk
plain yoghurt
pure vanilla essence
marshmallows

Method:

  1. Combine cocoa, sugar, salt and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to the boil over medium heat; then reduce heat and simmer, stirring, 2 minutes. Stir in milk and simmer, stirring, 2 minutes. Whisk in yoghurt and simmer, stirring, 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Beat with a whisk until frothy. Garnish with marshmallows. Makes 6 servings.
