Ingredients

6 tbsp
2 tbsp
1.2 L/2 pints
150 ml/1/4 pint
1/4 tsp
2

 

honey
sugar
cold strong coffee
single cream
ground ginger
egg whites
Cracked ice

Method:

  1. Dissolve honey and sugar in coffee in a bowl. Refrigerate until well chilled. Combine coffee mixture, single cream, ginger and egg whites in a blender. Process on low speed 30 seconds. Serve over cracked ice. Makes 4 servings.
