Ingredients

300 ml/10 fl oz
60 ml/2.5 fl oz
1 1/2 tsp
3 tbsp
100 g/4 oz

cold strong coffee
milk
peanut butter
sugar
cracked ice
Ice cubes

Method:

1. Combine coffee, milk, peanut butter, sugar and cracked ice in a blender. Process on high speed about 2 minutes or until foamy. Serve over ice cubes. Makes 2 servings.
