Banana-Maple Soya Shake Recipe

 


Ingredients

300 ml/10 fl oz
2 tsp
1 tbsp
2 tsp

banana, sliced
cold soya milk
lemon juice
maple syrup
wheat germ

Method:

  1. Combine banana, soya milk, lemon juice, maple syrup and wheat germ in a blender. Process about 40 seconds or until smooth and frothy. Refrigerate until well chilled. Makes 1 serving.
