Combine 1 cup milk. 2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup and 1/2
of sorbet in a blender. Process about 30 seconds or until smooth.
Add remaining 450 ml milk and 4 tbsp Chocolate Syrup; process about
20 seconds or until frothy. Top with scoops of remaining sorbet and
whipped cream; sprinkle with cinnamon. Makes 4 servings.
