Method:
Combine lemon peel, chopped mint, lemon juice, water
and sugar in a large pitcher. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let
stand 1 hour. Add orange juice and Gingerade or ginger ale. Stir
well. Serve over crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprigs. Makes 2
liters /3 1/2 pints.
