Ingredients

1.8 liter/ 3 pints

38 g /1 1/3 oz

chopped fresh parsley
unsweetened pineapple juice
lettuce leaves, chopped
chopped celery leaves
watercress sprigs
parsley sprigs

Method:

  1. Combine chopped parsley, pineapple juice, lettuce, celery leaves and watercress in a blender. Process until smooth refrigerate until well chilled. Garnish with parsley. makes 6 serving.
