Citrus Punch Recipe

 


Ingredients

600 ml/20 fl oz
600 ml/20 fl oz

2.4 L/4 pints

cinnamon sticks
whole cloves
sugar
water
honey
cold unsweetened grapefruit juice
cold orange juice
cold lemon juice
cold sparkling water
orange, thinly sliced
lemon, thinly sliced
Large ice block

Method:

  1. Combine cinnamon sticks, cloves, sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Reduced heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add honey and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat; cool. Strain into a punch bowl. Add grapefruit juice, orange juice, lemon juice and sparkling water. Stir gently. Add orange slices, lemon slices and ice block. Makes 8 1/2 liters/14 pints.
