Rosemary Bridal Punch Recipe

 


Ingredients

450 ml/16 fl oz
1.2 L/2 pints
600 ml/20 fl oz
3 tbsp
800 g/2 lbs
3.6 L/6 pints
600 ml/20 fl oz
1.8 liter/3 pints



 

honey
water
cold lemon juice
fresh rosemary leaves
sliced fresh strawberries
cold water
cold lime juice
cold sparkling water
Large ice block
Rosemary sprigs

Method:

  1. Combine honey, 900 ml/1 1/2 water, 60 ml/2 fl oz lemon juice and rosemary leaves in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring until honey is dissolved. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Strain into a large punch bowl. Press strawberries through a fine sieve into punch bowl. Add cold water, remaining lemon juice, lime juice and sparkling water. Stir gently. Add ice block and rosemary sprigs. makes 10.8 liters/18 pints.
