Method:
Combine honey, 900 ml/1 1/2 water, 60 ml/2 fl oz
lemon juice and rosemary leaves in a saucepan. Bring to the boil,
stirring until honey is dissolved. Remove from heat and let stand 5
minutes. Strain into a large punch bowl. Press strawberries through
a fine sieve into punch bowl. Add cold water, remaining lemon juice,
lime juice and sparkling water. Stir gently. Add ice block and
rosemary sprigs. makes 10.8 liters/18 pints.
