Tea Punch Recipe

 


Ingredients

150 ml/1/4 pint
112.5 g/4 oz
1.21 L/2 pints
300 ml/10 fl oz
900 ml/30 fl oz
600 ml/20 fl oz
1.2 L/2 pints
600 ml/20 fl oz
1

honey
sugar
hot strong tea
lemon juice
grape juice
orange juice
water
cold ginger ale
lemon, thinly sliced
small ice block

Method:

  1. Combine honey , sugar and tea in a large bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add lemon juice, grape juice, orange juice and water. Refrigerate until well chilled. Pour into a punch bowl; add ginger ale and lemon slices. Stir gently. Add ice block. Make 4.8 liters/8 pints.
