Indian Ginger-Spiced Tea Recipe

 



Ingredients

1 tbsp

360 ml/12 fl oz

black tea leaves
thin slices fresh root ginger
boiling water
Honey to taste

Method:

  1. Combine tea and 3 slices root ginger in a warmed teapot. Add water, cover and infuse 4 minutes. Strain into cup and add remaining 2 slices root ginger. Sweeten with honey. Makes 1 serving.
