Red Wine Cooler Recipe

Ingredients

150 ml/1/2 pint
2 tbsp
2 tsp
6 tbsp
2 tbsp

Ice cubes
cold dry red wine
orange juice
lemon juice
cold sparkling water
brandy, if desired
Peel of 1 orange, cut in a spiral lemon twist.

Method:

1. Fill glass with ice cubes. Add wine, orange juice, lemon juice, sparkling water & brandy, if desired. Drop orange peel into glass. Garnish with lemon twist. Makes 1 serving.
